About Dream Squad™

Dream Squad™ is more than a brand.

It is a movement dedicated to helping young people discover the greatness already inside them.

Founded by Coach Rob Lewis, Dream Squad™ was created to inspire children to dream big, work hard, build confidence, and never give up on themselves.

At the center of our mission is a simple question:

WHAT’S IN YOUR BACKPACK?™

Every student carries something.

Some carry confidence.

Some carry leadership.

Some carry perseverance.

Some carry respect.

Some carry courage.

The qualities we carry inside determine the future we create.

OUR MISSION

To empower young people through:

⭐ Literacy & Reading

⭐ Leadership Development

⭐ Social-Emotional Learning

⭐ Character Education

MEET LIL ED™

Lil Ed is the heart of Dream Squad™.

Despite challenges, obstacles, and being underestimated, Lil Ed learns that true success comes from what is inside his backpack—not what others think about him.

Through books, curriculum, apparel, and community programs, Lil Ed teaches children that:

Heart Over Height™

Change Through Education™

can transform lives.

THE WORLD IS WATCHING™

Every decision matters.

Every dream matters.

Every student matters.

The future belongs to those willing to learn, grow, and believe in themselves.

Join the Dream Squad™ and discover what is inside your backpack.
