Coach Rob is the founder and creator of Lil Ed and the Dream Squad™, an educational movement dedicated to helping young people build literacy, leadership, confidence, perseverance, and purpose.

With more than 40 years of experience as a coach, educator, mentor, and author, Coach Rob has dedicated his life to helping young people believe in themselves, make better choices, and understand that greatness starts from within.

Lil Ed was created to give students more than a story. He was created to give them a mirror, a message, and a mission. Through books, education, sports, and real-life lessons, Coach Rob uses Lil Ed to remind every student that what they carry inside their backpack matters.
